- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange requests are accepted only with an original package unboxing video.
- The request must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.

- Customized or personalized items are not eligible unless defective or incorrect.
- Clearance sale or promotional items may not be eligible unless defective.

Exchange Process
- Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the item.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

- If the new item is cheaper, the difference will be refunded.
- If the new item is more expensive, you must pay the difference.

Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, a refund will be processed after deducting 15% of the product price.
